A 6-week personalised coaching experience designed to help you improve your long-term health, rebuild trust in yourself and create habits that actually hold.
Throughout the programme you’ll receive supportive coaching, accountability and practical tools and strategies to help you stay focused, consistent and confident as you build new habits.
Together, we focus on improving energy, hormonal health, nutrition, movement and overall wellbeing through realistic habits that fit your lifestyle. By addressing the physiological and behavioral factors that may be keeping you stuck, you’ll learn how to build healthier habits without relying on extremes or constantly starting over.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating a healthier way of living that helps you feel more energised and confident in yourself now, whilst also supporting your future health.
Duration - 6 sessions. Approximately 6-8 weeks.
First session - (The Health Foundations Session) 90-minutes, followed by 45 min-1 hr sessions.
Support, guidance and personalised accountability between sessions via email and WhatsApp.
