WHAT TO EXPECT
For women who are ready to stop starting over.
Most women don’t need to start again. They need someone in their corner, helping them understand why they keep getting stuck and what to do differently this time.
This is a 6-session private coaching programme built around your goals, behaviour change, the habits that will support your energy, metabolism and wellbeing for the long term.
We work together on your energy, hormonal health, nutrition, movement and overall wellbeing. Not through extremes or another plan to follow but through understanding what’s keeping you stuck and building from there.
We go beyond what you eat and how you move. We look at patterns, behaviours and beliefs that have been holding you back, and we build something week by week that actually fits your life, your schedule and the woman you are becoming.
Sessions are spaced weekly or fortnightly depending on what suits you, with up to 3 months of ongoing support. You’ll have support between sessions too, not just an hour a week, but ongoing guidance and accountability when real life gets in the way.

Five follow-up coaching sessions (45-60 minutes)
